Product Detail: XRNT(XDR20)-40.5 High-voltage current-limiting fuse for the wind power transformer protection, applied to ac 50 Hz, rated voltage 40.5 KV power system. As a power transformer and other electric equipment overload and short circuit protection component, mainly installed on the American box change, can box with other electrical components. When the current exceeds a predetermined value after a certain period of time, with its own heat to melt melting breaking circuit switching devices. Construction: The fuse consist of a fuse- link, base and fuse holder (handle), plug-in structure. The fuse-link is cylindrical shape. It is composed of glass fiber epoxy fusion tube, contact round cap, the melt of skeleton, mica, quartz sand.Both ends of the fuse-link insert the contact column of the fuse holder, fixed with set screws and united as one piece. The base semicircle groove put O type sealing ring, plug in fuse holder which install fuse-link to base,screw on cap, insert and hold. Move two adjustable block piece on both ends to block slope and keep contact with holder surface, tighten block and retaining bolt. 4. tighten the insulated cable tie (or use 44 - 5U shaped metal wire) to fix holder and insulation bracket, avoid the holder harm by form.
